OUTLOOK - SENDING & RECEIVING EMAIL AND ATTACHMENTS
Receiving Email Messages
When you log into Outlook Live, your email Inbox is displayed with all the mail messages you've received to that point. Once in your inbox, you have many options to use with these messages. You can Reply to messages, Move messages to other folders, Delete messages, and Filter your messages. These options are available on the top Inbox menu group, shown here:

Sending Email Messages
To send an email message to a person or group, we first select the New link on our Inbox link group. That will display the two choices, Message or Meeting Request as shown:

Including Attachments
Outlook Live gives users the advantage of sending large attachments. We can now send mail with attachments up to 20 MB. The process is the same as usual. First select the New button, the select Message. Address your email message, and then click the Paper Clip icon. The Attach Files Box displays. Click the Browse Button and navigate to the file(s) you would like to send. Click the Attach button on the bottom, and you are ready to send your new email with attachment(s).
